What is Cartridge Library?
The goal is to create a resource to explore all of the different Cricut cartridges available for use in the Cricut die cut machines. New cartridges are being released every few months, so it can be difficult to keep up with all the great shapes and fonts that are available to these incredible machines.
What is a Cricut Die Cut Machine?
Provocraft is the maker of all the Cricut products. There are currently 3 models of the Cricut Machine. All Cricut machines, no matter which model will work will all Cartridges. So you can upgrade your Cricut machine whenever your budget allows and you can be sure all your cartridges will still work with any of them.
Original Cricut - This was the original die cut machine as the name implies. It uses a 6 x 12 inch cutting mat. The original Cricut can make cuts from 1" to 5.5" tall or 11.5" long.
Cricut Create - Feature wise, the Create die cut machine falls right between the Original Cricut and the Expression. It cuts the exact same sizes as the original Cricut, but with a few more features of the Expression added to it.
Cricut Expression - This is the top of the line Cricut die cut machine available. The Expression can make cuts from 0.25" to 23.5". It uses a 12 x 12 inch or a 12 x 24 inch cutting mat. With the larger format size, you can make larger projects. The expression not only cuts paper, but many different mediums as well.
Cricut Cake - This innovative machine is revolutionizing the cake decorating industry. Now it is fun and easy for just about any one to make fabulously decorated cakes by using this new Cricut Cake machine.

Love this site for viewing the cartridges—so much nicer (and faster) than the Cricut site. Their site takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to load these cartridges and then after viewing a couple/few, the site just seems to stop. Thanks!!
It would be nice if this site included info about the Gypsy. I am considering buying one, but have a lot of questions about how it is used and what it can do. I also wonder what happens if you download all your cartridges into the Gypsy and then something goes wrong with it one, two or five years down the line. You can’t buy another one because you have aleady down loaded your cartridges, correct? Please help.

Which cartridge?
Help, please =) I am looking for a Christmas Cricut Cartridge, w/ mittens on it, Just plain old mittens w/ out the string holding them together, is there a cartrige? I made an adorable card w/ a hand punch & my punch broke, plus it would be so much easier to have my cricut cut out, as many as I need for my Operation Write Home cards. Thanks for your help.
