If you own this cartridge please give me more information about it. I am very interested in doing paper flowers, but would love more information on how you build them, is it something my 7 year old niece could help with? We love to play with the cricut together, she calls it the cricut game, to see what she can make. What is the smallest and or biggest flower that still looks good? You know how if you cut something so small when you put it together and it just doesnt look good because of its smallness or its so big it looks stupid.
Teri – I don’t have this cartridge but i have cut a few of the flower images out. I had difficulty when cutting them out at a smaller size (the paper would tear while cutting), it may or may not have been because i was using a lightweight paper or that the mat was not sticky enough… i’m not really sure. The coiled flowers are assembled by wrapping around a pencil and then you can tape the underside to hold it together until you’re ready to adhere it to your project. They look so good – i used printed paper for mine!
