The question "What Cartridge would you like to see created?" has received a tremendous response. So we have done a quick tally of the top 5 requested themes for a new cartridge from that post. A Hunting and Fishing cartridge was the clear cut winner, and I do agree that would be a popular cartridge if they chose to make it.

- Dr Seuss
- Christian (which is now somewhat covered in New Testament)
- Boy Scouts
- Superhero
- Vegas/Card Playing
The rest were a large variety, lots of sports and brand-related items like gymnastics, and John Deere.
Who knows...maybe Provo Craft will take notice and consider making of or more of these themes into a Cartridge!
Dr. Seuss would have been cool for our almost over year of Kindergarten…good choice!

I guess I like the hunting, fishing one. My husband, sons and son-in-law are all avid hunters and fishermen. Myself, hope this does not offend anyone, but I would like to see something along the line of Christian theme. I realize we have a lot of Christmas, some Easter and etc. But I would like something that would let us cut out crosses, bibles, etc. Even if Provo-Craft would come up with some die cuts for the cuttlebug, that would work also.
I agree with Judy on needing more in the “Christian” theme. At Easter, I could not find the right kind of cross. They were all too ornate and “pretty”. I had to make my own “rugged cross” from shapes on the George (see http://gracenotes4today.blogspot.ca/2012/04/he-is-risen.html). The New Testament cartridge was a disappointment to me. Very few shapes are actually usable. Around the Easter theme, I would also like to see some good lillies.
A cartridge of ordinary people would mix with all other cartridges as I feel this is the one thing lacking to enable us to expand our imagination.
If they make a super hero type cartridge, please include Wonder Woman. They only include male super hero figures and do not include anything female.

Yes! I agree. I’m not country at all but in our trips across the us some of our best pica are would look great scrapbooked with Old West kind of fonts etc. I also just like the loom of some of it:)
So agree….if you can find the cartridge, it is way too expensive (over $100) also, would like to see the Disney cartridges come back. They are approximately $200 each. The Disney theme parks don’t look like will be going anywhere anytime soon, therefore, you are unable to make pages with some of them. Looks like it would be better to make your own embellishments instead of buying them individually by another company. The pleasure of scrap booking is to create yourself.
I don’t like to de a downer, I know there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to get these cartridges up and running….. But it seems to me that Cricut is so focused on the Craft Room .. Rehashing old designs ….effort that they are dropping the ball on retail in hand cartridge sales. How many New intros has there been in the last 6 months? Something in not kosher here. There is something bigger going on behind the scenes that is making a Large Impact on the Cricut empire. I am a long and loyal consumer with a lot invested and I truly Love my machine…. But something is very wrong here.
Ever since ProvoCraft got into a bind with their Bank of America loan and BOA acquired a majority stake in the company, they have been running the show. Letting a bank run a business like this is just crazy! They want everything to be downloaded and forget about the manufacturing costs involved with the cartridges. This is a lot of the reasons for the Craft Room. But what they don’t realize…a lot of people don’t have access to computers and internet or don’t want to cut things out that way or they’d be buying a Pazzles, E-Craft machine or other BETTER MACHINE!

However, Provo Craft management and Lehi, Utah-based private-equity firm Sorenson Capital will continue to hold significant equity stakes in the company.
The recent investment by the BofA unit will significantly help Provo Craft to grow its business with innovative products.

2) all kinds of birds- peacock , american eagle, cardinal, etc.
3) horses all kinds- riding equipement, barn , fence,etc
4) chocolate include some sayings
5) scenery- covered bridges, barns, cabins, creeks, lakes, grist mills

I think that an “Around the World” will be INCREDIBLY GREAT. What I mean is ; One that includes Maps of the world with the main Countries, like any regular world map, but the divided by continents, and those into the different countries. Also included in the same, Flags of the World. There are many that are so identical, that the only difference will be the colors used, so there could be kind of ” build your own Flag” . This cartridge will be great for Schools (teachers and students) travelers, for your ancestry pages, like Where do we come from? Kind of thing. And of course include some kind of Font.

I would love to see a cartridge of Mary Englebright’s art work. Her florals and and all of her holiday characters would be a wonderful addition to cricut cartridge menagerie . The exquisite detail and color she puts into her works is outstanding .I will be the first one in line for any works from her!!!
